Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping, Taxes, and Duties

Address Correction:
If your address is entered incorrectly at the time of shipping, contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.

Lost Packages:
If your package is lost, file a USPS lost claim and then contact email@smileclothing.com with your order number and USPS Case Code & reason for further assistance.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
Notify us immediately at email@smileclothing.com with your order number if your order is returning to sender. Reshipping your order will take approximately 7-10 business days.

Multiple Shipments:
Shipping and handling charges only apply to the first package shipped. There are no additional charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Taxes & Duties:
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges may be calculated on the total value of merchandise. Customers outside the US or Canada may be subject to additional taxes or duties upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

International Bank Fees:
Customers may be subject to small international charges by their credit card company or bank. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carriers:
Shipments are sent via USPS and UPS. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number for updates. Inquiries for delivery status should be directed to the courier.

Redirecting An Order:
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once items have been dispatched.

International Customers

International Duties and Taxes:
Countries outside the US or Canada may impose local taxes, duties, or additional brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping:
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders can take up to 3-6 weeks for delivery.

Tracking International Orders:
Once your package leaves the USPS system, use the same tracking number on your country’s local postal service website. Allow up to two weeks for information to become available after departing the USA.
